담당 업무

• MySQL, MariaDB, Redis 등 오픈소스 데이터베이스 설치·구성 및 기술지원 • 데이터베이스 환경 진단과 성능 모니터링, 쿼리 및 시스템 성능 최적화 • 장애 원인 분석, 트러블슈팅, 복구 지원 및 재발 방지 대책 수립 • 데이터베이스 운영 점검과 안정성·가용성 개선 방안 제안 • AWS, Azure, GCP 등 클라우드 환경의 데이터베이스 구축·운영 지원 • 고객 및 내부 유관 부서와 협업하여 기술 이슈 해결 및 지원 내용 문서화

자격 요건

• 데이터베이스 관련 업무 경력 3년 이상 • MySQL, MariaDB, Redis 중 1개 이상의 설치·구성 및 최적화 경험 • 데이터베이스 성능 모니터링과 장애 분석·트러블슈팅 경험 • AWS, Azure, GCP 등 클라우드 환경에 대한 이해 또는 실무 경험 • 고객 및 유관 부서와 원활하게 협업할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 역량

우대 조건

• 데이터베이스 관련 자격증 보유자 • NoSQL 데이터베이스 활용 또는 운영 경험자 • 클라우드 기반 데이터베이스 구축·운영 경험자 • 데이터베이스 기술에 대한 높은 관심과 지속적인 학습 의지를 가진 분 • 기술 이슈를 주도적으로 해결하고 적극적으로 소통할 수 있는 분
