  • Working with PostgreSQL databases and data-driven applications
  • Improving existing data pipelines, processes and engineering solutions
  • Troubleshooting application, workflow and data-related issues
  • Collaborating with engineering teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver reliable solutions

You Will Need:

  • At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience, with strong hands-on Python development skills
  • Strong experience with Python, including NumPy and pandas
  • Strong data analytics skills, particularly in identifying and resolving data quality issues across pipelines
  • Experience working with data pipelines and data processing
  • Practical experience with PostgreSQL
  • Experience using AI coding tools or coding agents as part of the software development workflow
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of software engineering principles and development practices
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders

We offer:

  • A choice of working in our central Vilnius office or remotely
  • A positive company culture with well-being benefits and flexible working hours
  • Opportunities for growth and professional development

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
