Das erwartet dich:

  • Als zentrale Ansprechperson und Schlüsselrolle für AI-Themen entwickelst und gestaltest du unsere unternehmensweite AI-Roadmap mit großem Gestaltungsspielraum
  • Gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen identifizierst du Potenziale für den Einsatz von AI und bewertest deren Mehrwert
  • In Workshops erarbeitest und priorisierst du neue AI-Anwendungsfälle mit relevanten Stakeholdern
  • Die Konzeption und Implementierung von AI-Lösungen auf Basis von Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI und weiteren Technologien gehören zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich
  • Gemeinsam mit IT und anderen Fachbereichen etablierst du Standards für Governance, Sicherheit und Compliance im Umgang mit AI
  • Du unterstützt die Integration von AI-Funktionen in bestehende Systeme und Anwendungen wie Salesforce, proALPHA ERP, Confluence & YouTrack
  • Neue Technologien und Anbieter beobachtest und bewertest du kontinuierlich
  • Du baust unternehmensweit AI-Know-how auf und unterstützt Kolleg:innen dabei, AI-Werkzeuge sinnvoll einzusetzen
  • Pilotprojekte steuerst du von der Idee bis zum produktiven Einsatz
  • Den Erfolg umgesetzter Maßnahmen misst du anhand konkreter Ergebnisse und entwickelst bestehende Lösungen kontinuierlich weiter

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Science, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der digitalen Transformation, Prozessoptimierung oder Technologieberatung mit und hast bereits AI-Lösungen eingeführt
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs) sowie Plattformen wie Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio oder Azure AI
  • Du verstehst Geschäftsprozesse und Unternehmensanwendungen wie ERP-, CRM- oder Dokumentenmanagement-Systeme
  • Du bringst idealerweise Kenntnisse in Automatisierung, Low-Code, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents sowie AI Governance, Informationssicherheit und Datenschutz mit
  • Du überzeugst durch analytisches Denken, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke und Eigeninitiative
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
