Deine Aufgaben

Du arbeitest im Projektmanagement mit und erhältst Einblicke in alle Schritte eines Mieterstromprojekts. Dabei lernst Du, wie Gebäude in unser Mieterstrommodell überführt werden, welche Abläufe im Hintergrund zusammenspielen und was es braucht, damit ein Projekt an den Start gehen kann.

Hier beginnt der zweite Teil Deiner Rolle: Denn Mieterstrom funktioniert nur, wenn die Mieter mitmachen. Deshalb bist Du teilweise auch direkt in unseren Projekten vor Ort, lernst die Gebäude und ihre Bewohner kennen, erklärst die Vorteile von Solarstrom vom eigenen Dach und begleitest die Mieter bis zur Vertragsunterschrift. Dabei kannst Du kreative Marketingmaßnahmen mitgestalten und erlebst unmittelbar, wie aus Planung konkrete Umsetzung wird.

Deine Aufgaben

Im Projektteam:

  • Du übernimmst eigene kleinere Projekte und verantwortest Teilprozesse
  • Du hältst Meilensteine nach und baust unsere Projektübersichten in Excel oder Google Sheets auf
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner für Kundenanfragen und klärst sie mit den Fachbereichen
  • Du unterstützt beim Aufbau unseres Project Management Office
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Projektteam, PV-Solateuren, Netzbetreibern, Wohnungsunternehmen und Messstellenbetreibern zusammen

Vor Ort:

  • Du planst und koordinierst Maßnahmen zur Mieteransprache in unseren Projektgebäuden und setzt sie vor Ort um
  • Du bereitest Informationsveranstaltungen vor, organisierst die Abläufe und begleitest die Termine vor Ort
  • Du behältst im Blick, welche Maßnahmen gut funktionieren, wertest die Ergebnisse aus und entwickelst die Ansprache gemeinsam mit dem Team weiter

Dein Profil

  • Du wohnst in Berlin und bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in (BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Marketing oder etwas anderes, das zu Dir passt)
  • Du gehst gern auf Menschen zu und bleibst freundlich, auch wenn die dritte Tür zugeht
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und selbstständig, weil Du Deine Einsätze weitgehend selbst planst
  • Du bist sicher in Excel oder Google Sheets
  • Du hast einen Führerschein
