Deine Aufgaben

Du übernimmst eigenständig die operative Umsetzung vorgegebener Support-Prozesse über alle Projekte hinweg. Deine Aufgaben umfassen, z. B.:

  • Zentrale Abwicklung wiederkehrender Projektaufgaben, z. B. Einholung und Nachverfolgung von Messkonzeptfreigaben je Projekt und Netzbetreiber Koordination standardisierter Abstimmungen mit Netzbetreibern, Dienstleistern und internen Teams
  • End-to-End-Verantwortung für deine Aufgabenpakete von der Anforderung über die Bearbeitung bis zur sauberen Übergabe an das Projektmanagement
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung projektbezogener Unterlagen und Systeme strukturierte Ablage, Statuspflege, Fristen- und Rücklaufkontrolle
  • Sicherstellung von Vollständigkeit, Qualität und Termintreue du bist der/die Go-to-Person für deine Themen
  • Standardisierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung deiner Prozesse du erkennst, wo Dinge unnötig kompliziert sind, und hilfst, sie einfacher zu machen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektmanager:innen Du pflegst und optimierst die Schnittstellen zu den Projektmanager:innen

Wichtig: Du steuerst keine Gesamtprojekte und trägst keine End-to-End-Projektverantwortung. Dein Fokus liegt auf operativer Exzellenz in klar umrissenen Aufgaben.

Diese Rolle passt besonders gut zu dir, wenn du:

  • gerne mit klaren Aufgaben, festen Prozessen und wiederkehrenden Tätigkeiten arbeitest
  • Spaß daran hast, Dinge zuverlässig, sauber und vollständig abzuarbeiten
  • eine teamorientierte, kommunikative Arbeitsweise mit Hands-on-Mentalität hast, mir der du eigenständig arbeitest und Projektmanager:innen sowie interne Teams wirkungsvoll unterstützt.
  • lieber tiefe Verantwortung für einzelne Aufgaben übernimmst als breite Verantwortung für ein Gesamtprojekt
  • strukturiert arbeitest und man sich auch bei Routineaufgaben auf gleichbleibend hohe Qualität verlassen kann

Fachlich bringst du idealerweise mit:

  • Erste Erfahrung in projektbezogenen oder operativen Rollen (z. B. Projektassistenz, Operations, PM-Support, Backoffice, technische Koordination)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools (z. B. CRM-, Ticket- oder PM-Systeme)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
