Key Responsibilities

·Guide, mentor, and align cross-functional technical teams (software, mechanical, layout) to execute complex engineering projects from concept to production.

· Design advanced thermal solutions for high-power density PCBs, including thermal vias, heavy copper tracking, and insulation materials.

· Integrate active and passive cooling systems such as heat sinks, liquid cooling cold plates, or thermal interface materials (TIMs).

· Design and optimize planar transformers and planar inductors for high-frequency, high-voltage power converters.

· Lead high-voltage PCB layout architectures, integrating embedded winding structures for planar magnetics.

· Establish creepage, clearance, and isolation boundaries per safety standards.

· Simulate circuits, magnetics, and thermal performance using SPICE, PLECS, and thermal analysis tools (e.g., Ansys Icepak, Flotherm).

· Create schematics and oversee multi-layer, high-density, high-voltage PCB designs.

· Lead hardware testing, debugging, and compliance validation under extreme thermal conditions in the lab.

Required Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (master’s or Ph.D. preferred).

· Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in high-voltage hardware. board design and project leadership.

· Thermal & Cooling Design Expertise: Proven success in thermal management for high-power electronics, including PCB cooling strategies and heat sink integration.

· Strategic Thinking; Demonstrated strategic technical and market strategy development and implementation.

· High Familiarity with Planar Magnetics: Direct experience designing, optimizing, and manufacturing planar transformers.

· Leadership Skills: At least 4+ years of experience leading, mentoring, or managing engineering teams.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
