Voor een gevestigde organisatie in Mechelen, actief binnen maatschappelijke dienstverlening en opleidingen, zijn we op zoek naar een Verantwoordelijke Opleidingsorganisatie die de dagelijkse werking in goede banen leidt en mee bouwt aan een efficiënte, kwaliteitsvolle en klantgerichte dienstverlening.

Als Verantwoordelijke Opleidingsorganisatie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve en operationele ondersteuning van een uitgebreid opleidingsaanbod voor particulieren, scholen, verenigingen en bedrijven.

Je combineert peoplemanagement, procesoptimalisatie, commerciële ontwikkeling en operationele coördinatie in één veelzijdige functie.

Concreet betekent dit dat je:

  • Een team van administratieve medewerkers aanstuurt, coacht en ondersteunt in hun dagelijkse werking.
  • De kwaliteit en efficiëntie van de administratieve opvolging bewaakt, met aandacht voor doorlooptijden, nauwkeurigheid en dienstverlening.
  • Bestaande administratieve processen kritisch analyseert en verbeteringen uitwerkt én implementeert.
  • Bestaande klantenrelaties onderhoudt en actief op zoek gaat naar nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Een verkoopplan en marketingplan uitwerkt om het opleidingsaanbod verder op de kaart te zetten.
  • Evenementen en opleidingsactiviteiten coördineert en zorgt voor een vlekkeloze praktische organisatie.
  • Het voorraadbeheer van opleidingsmaterialen opvolgt, zodat lesgevers en andere betrokkenen steeds over het nodige materiaal beschikken.
  • Nauw samenwerkt met verschillende interne teams, externe partners, freelancers en vrijwilligers.

Kortom, jij zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse werking vlot draait, maar kijkt tegelijk voortdurend hoe het morgen nóg beter kan.
