A német központú METRO csoport egy vezető nemzetközi nagykereskedelmi vállalat, mely célzottan a szállodák, éttermek és vendéglátóegységek (HoReCa), valamint az önálló kereskedők igényeinek kiszolgálására specializálódott. A Társaság 23 országban működik, világszerte több mint 90 ezer főt foglalkoztat.

A METRO 1993-ban elsőként lépett be a nemzetközi kereskedelmi vállalatok közül a magyar piacra. Üzleti koncepciónk, hogy maximálisan támogassuk a professzionális vevőinket abban, hogy vállalkozásukat sikerre vigyék, célunk az, hogy az első számú partnerükké váljunk.

Jelenleg 13 áruházzal állunk nagykereskedőként profi vevőink szolgálatára az ország számos pontján, teljes körű megoldásokat kínálva a kereskedelmi és gasztronómiai tevékenységeikhez.

A METRO több mint 2000 főt foglalkoztat Magyarországon.

Az állás leírása

Milyen feladatok várnak Rád?

  • a kihelyezési alapelveknek megfelelően elhelyezi az árukat a hűtőpultokban
  • gondoskodik arról, hogy az eladótérben mindig megfelelő mennyiségű, választékú és fogyaszthatósági határidejű áru álljon rendelkezésre
  • kihelyezett termékeknél a szavatossági időt figyeli, megfelelően dokumentálja
  • a halpult feltöltésekor kiemelt figyelmet fordít a nyomonkövetési dokumentáció vezetésére
  • hűtőterem-hőmérsékleteket, maghőmérsékleteket ellenőrzi
  • a vásárlókat kiszolgálja, kérdéseikre válaszol, tanácsot ad, felhívja a figyelmet az aktuális akciókra
  • a vásárlók igényeinek megfelelő mennyiségű és fajtájú friss halterméket a megfelelő technológiai előírásoknak megfelelően darabolja, szeleteli, csomagolja, méri és árazza (erre alkalmas mérleg segítségével)
  • HACCP előírásokat naprakészen ismeri, a szükséges nyomtatványokat vezeti

Elvárások

Amire szükséged lesz a pozíció betöltéséhez:

  • Befejezett általános iskolai tanulmányok
  • Hentes végzettség és szakmai gyakorlat előny
  • Terhelhetőség
  • Több műszakos munkarend és hétvégi munkavégzés vállalása
  • Folyamatos hűtött területen történő munkavégzés vállalása
