Description du poste

Sous la responsabilité de votre Manager, vous contribuez à la satisfaction de votre clientèle professionnelle et à l’atteinte des résultats économiques du service.

Vos missions seront les suivantes :

- Réceptionner ou prendre les commandes des clients (mail, fax, téléphone, Internet) ;

- Assurer la préparation des commandes clients (picking des produits en rayon, emballage et étiquetage des produits sélectionnés en vue de leur livraison) ;

- Gérer la relation clients : renseigner et conseiller les clients, appel en cas de produit manquant ;

- Saisir les produits et quantités commandées dans le logiciel en vue de la facturation des articles ;

- Contrôler les pièces/éléments nécessaires à la facturation.

Qualifications

Organisé et réactif, vous avez le sens du service client. Vous êtes dynamique et motivé. Vous aimez la relation client et vous avez à cœur de répondre aux demandes clients.
