Opis oferty pracy

Twój zakres obowiązków:

  • Współpraca z halami jako Opiekun w Centrum Usług Pracowniczych w ramach wsparcia spraw pracowniczych.
  • Bieżąca obsługa pracowników firmy w zakresie udzielania informacji kadrowo-płacowych.
  • Przygotowanie oraz dystrybucja dokumentów kadrowych, w tym sporządzanie i ewidencja dokumentacji związanej z zawieraniem oraz rozwiązywaniem umów.
  • Przygotowywanie zaświadczeń, zestawień/raportów wewnętrznych na potrzeby spółki.
  • Kontrola wykorzystania urlopów, ważności badań lekarskich, szkoleń bhp i innych wymaganych przepisami prawa pracy.
  • Monitorowanie zwrotu dokumentów, kontakt z biznesem.
  • Wprowadzanie danych do systemu kadrowego.
  • Koordynacja i bieżąca opieka nad platformą medyczną oraz benefitową, obejmująca wsparcie użytkowników, kontakt z dostawcami, aktualizację oraz rozliczenie pakietów.

Kwalifikacje

Nasze wymagania:

  • Min. 3 lata doświadczenia w pracy na podobnym stanowisku.
  • Praktyczna umiejętność obsługi procesów kadrowych.
  • Znajomość przepisów prawa pracy i ubezpieczeń społecznych.
  • Wykształcenie wyższe.
  • Znajomość pakietu MS Office i systemu kadrowo-płacowego.
  • Znajomość SAP HR.
  • Umiejętności interpersonalne (nastawienie na obsługę klienta, komunikatywność, bardzo dobra organizacja pracy własnej i profesjonalizm w działaniu).
