Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie übernehmen Verantwortung für bestehende Kundenbeziehungen in der Region Basel/Nord, entwickeln diese gezielt weiter und identifizieren aktiv neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten in einem vielseitigen, innovationsgetriebenen Markt.
  • Als kompetente Ansprechperson beraten Sie Kundinnen und Kunden aus Industrie, Forschung und weiteren analytischen Anwendungsbereichen, verstehen ihre Herausforderungen und entwickeln gemeinsam mit internen Fachspezialistinnen und Fachspezialisten passende Lösungen.
  • Sie begleiten anspruchsvolle Verkaufs\- und Kundenprojekte von der ersten Bedarfsanalyse über die Lösungsentwicklung und Angebotserstellung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung. Im strategisch ausgerichteten Team Basel/Nord wirken Sie aktiv an der Gebietsplanung, der Priorisierung von Marktchancen und der langfristigen Geschäftsentwicklung mit. Zudem repräsentieren Sie Metrohm bei Fachveranstaltungen, Seminaren und Messen.

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemiker:in FH, Chemielaborant:in oder eine vergleichbare naturwissenschaftlich\-technische Qualifikation und bringen praktische Erfahrung in der chemischen Analytik mit.
  • Erfahrung im technischen Vertrieb, in der Kundenberatung oder im Projektgeschäft ist von Vorteil.
  • Sie begeistern sich für den persönlichen Kundenkontakt, erkennen technische und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und haben Freude daran, nachhaltige Lösungen und neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu entwickeln.
  • Sie kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch und verfügen über gute Englischkenntnisse.
  • Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und initiativ, bringen Teamgeist sowie Verhandlungsgeschick mit und möchten die Entwicklung einer bedeutenden Vertriebsregion aktiv mitprägen.
