The posting

The overall responsibilities of a Bed Group Leader include:

General housekeeping and waste disposal throughout the shift Collect and prepare materials as directed Prepare and clean forms Reads blueprints and shop tickets Identify and report shop ticket errors Measures and marks locations for placement of items in forms Direct or assist with concrete pours as needed Direct or assist with raking, screeding, and leveling concrete as needed Operate various types of equipment such as hoists, overhead cranes, hand, and power tools Must adhere to all Metromont and OSHA safety rules and regulations.

Able to read a tape measure preferred Able to use standard construction tools preferred Able to read blueprints preferred Able to work on a team Highly dependable with strong work ethic Able to understand and follow verbal instructions Able to adapt to changes in work schedules, tasks, or processes Values and demonstrates safe working behaviors

Education and Technology

High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred 1-2 years of previous general construction experience preferred
