Atividades:

· Realizar prospecção de clientes por telefone, presencial (lojas);

· Apresentar os planos de assistência familiar disponíveis, destacando benefícios e condições;

· Negociar valores, formas de pagamento e condições contratuais;

· Fechar contratos e acompanhar o processo de pós vendas, junto as áreas responsáveis;

· Manter relacionamento com clientes ativos e potenciais;

· Participar de treinamentos e reuniões comerciais;

· Cumprir metas de vendas estabelecidas pela empresa;

· Responsável pelo atendimento presencial dos clientes associados, em relação ao esclarecimento de dúvidas, atualização de dados cadastrais, impressão da 2ª via de carnê, recebimento de pagamento de mensalidades, transferência e migração de planos;

· Realizar a retenção de clientes e reabilitação de planos;

· Realizar o processo administrativo da venda;

· Responsável pelos serviços de caixa, recebimentos e conferência de valores.

Pré requisitos: · Experiência com vendas presenciais ou atendimento ao cliente. Disponibilidade para atuar em escala, e quando necessário aos finais de semana e feriados.

Benefícios: R$ 1.803,79 Comissão VT VR 30,00/dia Plano de assistência médica e odontológica da Unimed Plano de assistência funerária Gympass Clube de benefícios.

Jornada: segunda a sexta de 8h às 18h e sabado de 8h às 12h
