The posting

Som serviceassistent i Metroselskabet bliver du en del af et engageret team, der har ansvaret for at tage godt imod gæster og henvendelser i selskabets reception og telefonbetjening, bidrage til et velfungerende mødecenter med opdækning og afrydning samt forskellige ad hoc-opgaver til servicering af huset, som gør Metroselskabet til en god og velfungerende arbejdsplads.

Du vil få en bred kontaktflade til selskabets cirka 450 medarbejdere samt til en lang række eksterne rådgivere. Vi er mange nationaliteter samlet under ét tag og arbejdsmiljøet er internationalt.

Dine primære opgaver vil være:

  • Betjening af receptionen og telefonomstilling
  • Booking og klargøring af mødelokaler
  • Oprydning i caféområde, tekøkkener og mødelokaler
  • Diverse ad hoc-opgaver som fx indkøb, styring af firmabiler m.m.

  • Er serviceminded og hjælper gerne til, hvor der er behov
  • Bevarer overblikket og løser opgaver på egen hånd
  • Er kontaktskabende og møder mennesker med en positiv og venlig attitude
  • Har gode samarbejdsevner, er mødestabil og fleksibel
  • Har kørekort og er vant til at køre i København
  • Behersker både dansk og engelsk i skrift og tale

Yderligere information: Stillingen er på 37 timer ugentligt inkl. frokostpause, og arbejdstiden ligger mandag til fredag og varierer mellem tidsrummene kl. 07:00-14:30 eller 08:30–16:00.
