What you’ll do:

• Review historical risk data, assessments, reports, and governance materials to identify recurring themes, gaps, and opportunities to strengthen the ERM program. • Develop a phased expansion plan covering governance, stakeholder participation, risk assessment, reporting, and measures of effectiveness. • Work across DAF organizations to identify and assess risks that could affect enterprise objectives, mission outcomes, or leadership decisions. • Develop and monitor key risk indicators and assessment criteria to help leaders recognize emerging risks and changes in exposure. • Facilitate discussions with senior leaders about risk appetite, response options, resource priorities, and trade-offs. • Establish consistent practices for documenting, aggregating, escalating, and monitoring enterprise risks and response actions. • Translate complex risk information into concise executive briefings, dashboards, and actionable recommendations.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise risk management, organizational strategy, or a related field. • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, public policy, or a related field. 4+ additional years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree. • Experience supporting or managing an ERM program, with an understanding of how risk governance, assessment, and reporting support enterprise decisions. • DAF, DoD/DoW, or other military department experience, including work with stakeholders across organizational boundaries. • Strong analytical, written, verbal, and facilitation skills, including the ability to communicate with senior leaders. • Self-starter able to work independently, engage stakeholders proactively, and manage multiple priorities. • Active Secret clearance and ability to work full-time on-site at the Pentagon.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
