DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Praxisorientierte Ausbildung zum/zur Veranstaltungskaufmann-/frau in Zusammenarbeit mit METZLER VATER und dem Studieninstitut für Kommunikation https://www.studieninstitut.de/veranstaltungskaufmann
  • Theorieteil wird im Selbststudium erlernt
  • Praxisanteil 40 Stunden / Woche
  • IHK Abschluss im Anschluss als Pflichtteil der Ausbildung
  • Kennenlernen aller Bereiche des Veranstaltungs- und Projektmanagements
  • Unterstützung bei der Konzeption, Planung, Organisation und Durchführung unterschiedlichster Veranstaltungsformate
  • Mitarbeit bei nationalen und internationalen Projekten – beispielsweise Events, Roadshows, Konferenzen, fahraktiven Veranstaltungen und vielen weiteren Formaten
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden, Partnern und Dienstleistern per Telefon, E-Mail und in persönlichen Abstimmungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Koordination von Projektabläufen sowie der Termin- und Budgetplanung
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen, Projektunterlagen und Angeboten
  • Übernahme eigener Aufgaben und Teilprojekte im Rahmen deiner Ausbildung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen internen Fachbereichen und externen Partnern

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

  • Gute abgeschlossene Fachhochschulreife oder Abitur
  • Interesse an Organisation, Kommunikation und abwechslungsreichen Projekten
  • Eine selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen sowie Teamgeist
  • Kreativität und Offenheit für neue Aufgaben
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie grundlegende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Grundkenntnisse in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel und PowerPoint)
  • Reisebereitschaft
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen, z. B. durch ein Praktikum oder einen Nebenjob im Bereich Messe- und/oder Event, sind von Vorteil
