DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Eigenständige Entwicklung anspruchsvoller gestalterischer Leitideen und räumlicher Konzepte für Markenräume, Messen, Events und temporäre Architektur
  • Hands-on Ausarbeitung von Entwürfen – von der ersten Skizze über Varianten und Raumdramaturgie bis zum überzeugenden Gesamtkonzept
  • Übersetzung von Markenwerten und Kommunikationsideen in prägnante, erlebbare Räume mit einer klaren gestalterischen Haltung
  • Entwicklung und Composing von Proportion, Material, Farbe, Licht, Grafik und Atmosphäre für stimmige räumliche Erlebnisse
  • Eigenständige Erstellung von 3D-Modellen, hochwertigen Visualisierungen und Präsentationen für interne Abstimmungen, Pitches und Kundentermine
  • Gestalterische und technische Ausarbeitung von Projekten bis zur Detail- und Ausführungsplanung
  • Entwicklung konstruktiv durchdachter, realisierbarer Lösungen unter Berücksichtigung von Materialität, Fertigung, Montage und modularen Systemen
  • Erstellung klarer Planungsunterlagen sowie enge Abstimmung mit Projektmanagement, Produktion und externen Partner:innen
  • Fachliche Steuerung in interdisziplinären Projektteams und verlässliche Verantwortung für definierte Gestaltungs- und Planungsbereiche
  • Souveräne Präsentation eigener Entwürfe sowie konstruktive Weiterentwicklung auf Basis von Kundenfeedback und interner Creative Direction

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

  • Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Marken-, Messe-, Event- oder temporären Architektur beziehungsweise im Spatial Design
  • Ausgeprägtes Gespür für Raum, Marke und Inszenierung sowie einen hohen ästhetischen, kreativen und handwerklichen Anspruch
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Entwicklung und Umsetzung anspruchsvoller räumlicher Konzepte
  • Sehr gute Fähigkeiten in Entwurf, 3D-Modellierung, Visualisierung sowie Detail- und Ausführungsplanung
  • Hervorragende Kenntnisse in Rhinoceros 3D und Enscape sowie sicherer Umgang mit weiteren relevanten KI-, Design- und Präsentationstools
  • Gutes Verständnis für Konstruktion, Materialien, Produktionsprozesse und die Übersetzung kreativer Ideen in machbare Lösungen
  • Erfahrung in der selbständigen Kundenführung
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit einem sicheren Blick für Qualität und Details
  • Routine in der parallelen Bearbeitung unterschiedlicher Aufgaben und ein verlässlicher Umgang mit engen Timings
  • Präsentationsstärke und professionelles Auftreten im Austausch mit Kund:innen, Projektpartner:innen und internen Teams
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Offenheit für Feedback und Freude an starker operativer Gestaltung statt disziplinarischer Führung
