  • Apply standardized visual and instructional design templates across all digital learning materials.
  • Edit scripts, narration, visuals, and on-screen elements for clarity and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Training Engineers and instructors to align content with course objectives.
  • Organize, and maintain digital learning assets to support modular reuse.
  • Update existing content based on product changes or instructional feedback.
  • Ensure all content aligns with MEAU branding and quality standards.
  • Minimal Travel, occasional on-site collaboration as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Associates degree (bachelor’s preferred) in Digital Media, Instructional Design, Communications, Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience creating or editing digital learning or instructional content.
  • Proficiency with digital content creation and video editing tools, including AI based platforms such as Synthesia.
  • Ability to accurately present technical concepts with guidance of the subject matter expert.
  • Strong attention to detail and formatting consistency.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency with Office365 including use of Copilot.
  • Experience in digital content/video production preferred.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Experience applying branding and instructional design standards preferred.
  • Experience with modular or micro-learning strategies preferred.
  • Basic understanding of industrial automation concepts preferred.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
