  • Du bleibst selbst am Regler: Als Triebfahrzeugführer bist du weiterhin aktiv im Einsatz & gibst dein Praxiswissen direkt aus dem Führerstand weiter.
  • Du machst aus Theorie Praxis: Du zeigst angehenden Tfs, wie Eisenbahn wirklich funktioniert – z. B. beim Fahren, Rangieren, Aufrüsten, Abrüsten, …
  • Du kennst die Regeln & bringst sie auf die Schiene: Du schulst nach Vorgaben der TfV sowie unseren betrieblichen Regelungen – verständlich, praxisnah & mit dem Blick fürs Wesentliche & machst deine Kollegen zu echten Tfs.
  • Du bist der Lotse auf dem Weg in den Führerstand: Du begleitest deine Kollegen vom ersten Lernschritt bis zur sicheren & selbstständigen Fahrt.
  • Du hältst den Fahrplan & Lernstand auf Kurs: Du beobachtest, gibst Feedback, erklärst, motivierst & bringst sie Schritt für Schritt weiter.
  • Du wechselst – wenn du willst - vom Führerstand ins „Klassenzimmer“: Nach deiner Einarbeitung übernimmst du zunehmend Theorie- & Frontalunterricht & du bleibst nicht auf Strecke.
  • Deine Weichen sind gestellt? Wir entwickeln dich fachlich, methodisch & didaktisch kontinuierlich weiter – damit du nicht nur Züge, sondern auch Menschen sicher ans Ziel bringst.

Dein Esig für diese Position

  • Du bist Tf durch & durch: Triebfahrzeugführer im Güterverkehr bzw. bist Lokführer Klasse B/ B2.
  • Gesundheitlich & psychologisch tauglich? Freie Fahrt.
  • Du hast Lust, dein Wissen weiterzugeben & andere für den Eisenbahnberuf zu begeistern.
  • Erfahrung als Ausbildungslokführer / Fahrtrainer / Praxisanleiter o. in einem ähnlichen Bereich? Stark, wenn du das mitbringst! Das ist ein Plus – aber kein Muss. Wir gleisen dich auf.
  • BR 193, 185 oder 186 in der Tasche? Top! BR-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Du arbeitest so, wie du fährst: zuverlässig, aufmerksam, verantwortungsbewusst & respektvoll – auf Augenhöhe mit deinen Kollegen.
