Die Mewis Mode AG ist ein schweizerisches Modeunternehmen mit Hauptsitz in Wil. Unser Unternehmen steht für modische Trends, erstklassigen Service und ein inspirierendes Einkaufserlebnis. Mit Filialen in Wil, Uzwil, Gossau und St. Gallen sind wir eine etablierte Grösse in der Ostschweizer Modewelt.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir für unsere Filialen in St. Gallen und auch Uzwil per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung je eine engagierte und modebewusste Mode\-Beraterin (50 – 100%).

Ihre Hauptaufgaben

  • Aktive Kundenberatung und Verkauf mit Fokus auf exzellenten Service
  • Verantwortung für das Visual Merchandising und eine ansprechende Warenpräsentation
  • Wareneingangskontrolle, Bestandsmanagement und optimale Lagerbewirtschaftung
  • Kassenführung inkl. Tagesabschlussarbeiten
  • Planung und Umsetzung verkaufsfördernder Massnahmen
  • Mitarbeitereinsatzplanung und Schulung neuer Mitarbeitenden
  • Sicherstellung eines gepflegten und organisierten Ladenbildes

Ihr Profil

  • Verkaufstalent mit Führungserfahrung, idealerweise in der Modebranche
  • Begeisterung für modische Trends und ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Ästhetik
  • Kundenorientierte, kommunikative und belastbare Persönlichkeit
  • Organisationstalent mit hoher Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität
  • Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und Freude am Arbeiten in einem dynamischen Umfeld
  • Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
