Afin de renforcer notre équipe, nous recherchons un·e Conducteur·rice de travaux spécialisé·e en gros œuvre pour assurer le suivi quotidien de l'exécution, en collaboration avec le Directeur de travaux et les autres conducteurs de travaux. \\Votre mission\\ Vous assurez la bonne réalisation des travaux de gros œuvre de votre périmètre, dans le respect des exigences de qualité, de coûts et de délais. \\Vos principales responsabilités\\ \* Assurer le suivi quotidien des travaux et coordonner les entreprises intervenant sur votre périmètre. \* Suivre l'avancement des travaux, anticiper les difficultés et proposer des solutions en lien avec le Directeur de travaux. \* Veiller à la qualité des réalisations et au respect des plans, des normes applicables et des règles de l'art. \* Suivre les coûts, la planification et les éventuelles modifications des travaux. \* Collaborer avec les autres conducteurs de travaux pour assurer la coordination des interfaces entre les lots. \* Assurer une communication régulière avec les entreprises, les fournisseurs et les interlocuteurs du projet. \* Contribuer à l'amélioration des méthodes de travail et des processus sur le chantier. \\Votre profil\\ \* Diplôme de technicien·ne ES en conduite de travaux ou formation équivalente. \* Expérience de 3 à 5 ans en conduite de travaux, dont au moins 2 ans en Suisse, avec une pratique du gros œuvre sur des projets complexes. \* Expérience dans la prise en compte des enjeux environnementaux sur chantier, un atout. \* Sens des responsabilités, organisation et capacité à travailler en autonomie. \* Capacité à anticiper les difficultés et à prendre des initiatives dans votre périmètre. \* Rigueur, sens de la qualité et recherche de solutions concrètes. \* Aisance dans la communication et esprit d'équipe. \* Bonne maîtrise du français. \* Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels et pratique d'une plateforme collaborative de chantier, idéalement Dalux. \\Ce que nous proposons\\ \* Une fonction de terrain sur un projet industriel d'envergure. \* Un périmètre de travaux concret, avec de l'autonomie et une collaboration étroite avec le Directeur de travaux et l'équipe. \* L'occasion de développer vos compétences au contact d'interlocuteurs spécialisés et de problématiques techniques variées. \* Une rémunération en rapport avec votre expérience et vos responsabilités, versée en 13 salaires. \\Informations pratiques\\ \* \\Lieu de travail :\\ Bulle. \* \\Entrée en fonction :\\ de suite ou à convenir. \* \\Attention :\\ Présence quotidienne sur le chantier à Bulle.
