mexxon ist ein wachsendes Unternehmen im Bereich Digitalisierung und Datenstrategie und sucht dich als Account Executive - Inside Sales (m/w/d) In dieser Rolle bist du die treibende Kraft im Vertrieb und arbeitest eng mit unserem CEO zusammen. Du baust aktiv unsere Sales-Pipeline auf, gewinnst neue Kund:innen im Banking- und Insurance-Umfeld und entwickelst erste Kontakte zu langfristigen Geschäftspartnern weiter. Du hast die Möglichkeit, Vertrieb bei uns nicht nur auszuführen, sondern aktiv mitzugestalten – von der ersten Ansprache bis zum Abschluss. Deine Aufgaben

  • Du baust aktiv eine eigene B2B-Pipeline auf und gewinnst neue Kunden im Banking- und Insurance-Umfeld
  • Du identifizierst potenzielle Kunden, sprichst sie proaktiv an (LinkedIn, Telefon, E-Mail, Events) und entwickelst daraus Verkaufschancen
  • Du führst strukturierte Discovery-Gespräche und verstehst die individuellen Anforderungen deiner Kunden
  • Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Team passende Lösungen auf Basis unserer Produkte und Dienstleistungen
  • Du begleitest den gesamten Sales-Prozess – von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zum Abschluss
  • Du präsentierst Lösungen gegenüber Entscheidern und arbeitest eng mit Management-Level Ansprechpartnern
  • Du beobachtest Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen und erkennst neue Geschäftschancen frühzeitig

Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein Studium in BWL, Sales, Wirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du hast 2+ Jahre Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb, idealerweise im Umfeld Banking, Insurance oder Data.
  • Du hast bereits aktiv Neukunden gewonnen und kannst erste Erfolge zeigen
  • Du hast Freude an aktiver Akquise und gehst gerne direkt auf Menschen zu
  • Du arbeitest eigenständig, strukturiert und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung
  • Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch (C2)
  • Du bist bereit, gelegentlich Kunden oder Events vor Ort zu besuchen
