Begeleid(st)er met coördinerende rol, leefgroep 4 (90%, 34,2u per week)

Leefgroep 4 zijn 5 jongens (15+) met energie. Ze testen grenzen, hebben beweging nodig en zoeken iemand die overeind blijft als het even stormt. Achter dat gedrag zitten jongens die willen groeien en iemand nodig hebben die in hen blijft geloven.

Wij zoeken iemand die daar zin in heeft. Geen superheld, wel iemand met een stevige rug, humor en een warm hart.

Als begeleider met coördinerende rol:

  • begeleid je de jongens in hun dagelijkse leven, van ontbijt tot bedtijd;
  • bied je structuur, duidelijke grenzen en voorspelbaarheid;
  • zet je beweging, sport en activiteiten in als hefboom;
  • coördineer je de dagelijkse werking van de leefgroep en ben je het aanspreekpunt voor collega's;
  • bewaak je samen met het team en de orthopedagoog de pedagogische lijn;
  • werk je samen met ouders, scholen en externe partners.

Je staat er niet alleen voor. Je krijgt ondersteuning van een teamverantwoordelijke en een orthopedagoog, regelmatig overleg en coaching op maat. Je groeit stap voor stap in de coördinerende rol.

Wie ben jij?

Je hebt een diploma in een menswetenschappelijke richting of relevante ervaring. Ervaring met jongeren met een verstandelijke beperking, gedragsproblemen (SEO) of in de jeugdhulp is een pluspunt. Je engagement en goesting om te leren vinden we nog belangrijker.
