Was ist meine Funktion?

  • Du steuerst den jährlichen Budgetprozess der MFD Rail Group und erstellst gemeinsam mit den Geschäftsbereichen regelmässige Forecasts.
  • Du analysierst Soll\-Ist\-Abweichungen, berechnest Szenarien und leitest daraus konkrete Erkenntnisse für die Unternehmenssteuerung ab.
  • Du erstellst und entwickelst gemeinsam mit Operations und das monatliche Performance\-Reporting weiter. Dabei machst Du Ertrags\- und Kostenentwicklungen sowie die relevanten Kennzahlen transparent.
  • Du erstellst das monatliche Market\-Intelligence\-Reporting und ordnest relevante Markt\-, Branchen\- und Konjunkturentwicklungen für unser Geschäft ein.
  • Du begleitest Operations und als betriebswirtschaftlicher Sparringspartner und unterstützt Entscheidungen mit Ad\-hoc\-Analysen, Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen und Business Cases.
  • Du entwickelst unsere Planungs\-, Controlling\- und Reporting\-Prozesse weiter und treibst deren Automatisierung voran.
  • Du gestaltest und optimierst bestehende Power\-BI\-Reports und Dashboards und verbesserst die Datenaufbereitung und Datenqualität.
  • Du identifizierst sinnvolle Einsatzmöglichkeiten von KI und nutzt sie, um die Arbeit im Controlling effizienter zu gestalten.

Was brauche ich, um erfolgreich zu sein?

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Finance oder Controlling oder eine vergleichbare höhere Ausbildung.
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Controlling oder einer vergleichbaren betriebswirtschaftlichen Funktion mit und verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Budgetierung, Forecasting, Reporting und betriebswirtschaftliche Analysen.
  • Du denkst analytisch, konzeptionell und unternehmerisch und verstehst operative und kommerzielle Geschäftsprozesse.
  • Du bedienst Excel souverän und baust Planungs\- und Auswertungsmodelle selbstständig auf und entwickelst sie weiter.
  • Du bringst eine hohe IT\-Affinität mit und interessierst Dich für Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und KI im Controlling. Idealerweise hast Du bereits praktische Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Reports und Dashboards mit Power BI oder vergleichbaren BI\-Tools.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und proaktiv, übernimmst Verantwortung in einer kleinen und agilen Organisationund vermittelst komplexe Zusammenhänge klar und verständlich.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch und arbeitest gerne eng mit den verschiedenen Geschäftsbereichen zusammen.
