The posting

Put your IBM Cúram expertise to work on the case-management systems behind North Carolina's health and human services programs.

Mfinite Consulting is building a pool of IBM Cúram (Merative SPM) specialists for contract assignments with North Carolina state agencies in the Raleigh area. Assignments typically run 12 months, often with extensions; agencies set the schedule (onsite, hybrid or remote).

Pay & Schedule

  • $63 – $91 per hour, based on experience and skill level
  • Full-time, about 40 hours per week
  • Contract assignment; W-2 hourly employee of Mfinite Consulting LLC
  • Direct deposit

What You'll Do

  • Provide platform expertise for IBM Cúram / Merative Social Program Management modules (eligibility, case management, evidence, rules, workflow)
  • Configure, analyze and troubleshoot Cúram functionality beyond the developer level
  • Support design, testing, upgrades, data conversion and production support
  • Guide State staff and project teams on Cúram best practices
  • Write technical and user documentation

What You Need

  • Hands-on IBM Cúram / Merative SPM experience (Junior 1–3 years, Mid-Level 3–5, Senior 5–7, Expert 7+)
  • Knowledge of Cúram modeling, rules (CER), evidence and workflow
  • Java/J2EE and SQL background
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.; able to pass a background check

Great Fit If You Have

  • Experience with NC FAST or another state's Medicaid, SNAP or child-welfare Cúram implementation
  • IBM Cúram certification
