Position: Gerente De Operaciones (Operations Manager)

Responsabilidades:

Este documento deberá ser llenado por el Gerente de área cada vez que tenga un puesto de nueva creación en su estructura organizacional o cuando haya algún cambio en el rol de sus colaboradores.

Es responsabilidad del gerente de área realizar las actualizaciones necesarias cuando una operación, norma o cambio de funciones del puesto lo demande.

Dar a conocer los cambios o actualizaciones a los involucrados en los primeros 5 días de su modificación.

Actualizar la Descripción de Puesto al menos cada dos años a partir de la fecha de la primera emisión.

Es responsabilidad del colaborador firmar de conocimiento la Descripción de Puesto en los primeros 30 días después de haber ingresado y/o a los 5 días posteriores a alguna actualización.

Es responsabilidad de Recursos Humanos resguardar la Descripción de Puestos firmada por los involucrados.

Objetivo: Documentar las principales responsabilidades y facultades de los puestos que integran la estructura organizacional, así como la descripción del perfil profesional requerido por los ocupantes de dichos puestos. Esto, a fin de que el área de Atracción de Talento tenga una guía objetiva para reclutar y seleccionar el talento más adecuado a cada puesto y que por su parte, los colaboradores de nuevo ingreso tengan un documento que les permita conocer la razón de ser de su puesto dentro de la Compañía, así como las principales responsabilidades, facultades y requerimientos de este.

Conocimientos: Métodos de solución de problemas (Kepner & Tregoe, 8Ds), Seis Sigma, Lean Manufacturing

Sistema de calidad ISO TS16949, ISO 14001, GD&T, Conocimiento de fabricación/normas y especificaciones de soldadura, pintura, correderas y mecanismos, Finanzas para no financieros, Administración de materiales y logística, Mantenimiento Total productivo, Conocimiento técnico (Robots, PLC, ajuste de herramentales de soldadura), Ingles Avanzado

Experiencia: 3 a 5 años como: Gerente de Producción, materiales o ingeniería Superintendente de Producción, Calidad, Manufactura, Mantenimiento
