Estamos em busca de um(a) Assistente de Logística / Controller Operacional para integrar nossa equipe, atuando no planejamento e acompanhamento das atividades das equipes externas, contribuindo para a organização dos atendimentos, otimização de rotas e eficiência das operações.

Requisitos:

Trabalhou com logística ou controle operacional

Organizou rotas de equipes externas

Trabalhou com distribuição de ordens de serviço

Tem experiência com Excel e planilhas

Ensino Médio completo

Boa comunicação verbal e escrita

Perfil analítico

Desejável:

Agenda das equipes de campo organizada e otimizada. Rotas planejadas com eficiência de tempo e recursos. Relatórios de produtividade e cumprimento de agenda. Comunicação de alterações de agendamento às áreas envolvidas.

Responsabilidades:

Planejar e organizar a agenda das equipes de campo (ativação, suporte externo, manutenção). Otimizar rotas considerando localização, prioridade e tipo de atendimento. Controlar indicadores de produtividade e cumprimento de agenda das equipes. Coordenar recursos (veículos, ferramentas, equipes) necessários às atividades diárias. Comunicar ao cliente e às áreas comerciais eventuais alterações de agendamento. Consolidar informações operacionais para relatórios gerenciais.

Instruções adicionais:

Horário de trabalho: segunda a sexta-feira das 08:30 às 18H, 1:30 de intervalo, e aos sábados das 09h às 13h.
