Do notárskeho úradu do Žiliny hľadáme kolegu alebo kolegyňu na odbornú právnickú pozíciu notárskeho koncipienta / notárskej koncipientky: príprava a vykonávanie úkonov v dedičských konaniach, príprava notárskych zápisníc, zmlúv a ďalších právnych listín, práca s Notárskym centrálnym informačným systémom, elektronickými registrami a ďalšími systémami, príprava elektronických podaní, komunikácia so súdmi, katastrom nehnuteľností a ďalšími orgánmi verejnej moci, ďalšie odborné právne činnosti súvisiace s činnosťou notárskeho úradu. Požiadavky na uchádzača, Vzdelanie: ukončené vysokoškolské vzdelanie II. stupňa v študijnom odbore právo. Jazykové znalosti: anglický jazyk – pokročilá až veľmi pokročilá úroveň (B2 – C1), požadujeme najmä plynulú hovorovú angličtinu a schopnosť samostatne a profesionálne komunikovať s anglicky hovoriacimi klientmi, znalosť odbornej alebo právnickej angličtiny je výhodou, znalosť kórejského jazyka je výhodou. Počítačové a digitálne zručnosti: Vzhľadom na rozsah elektronizácie notárskej činnosti vyžadujeme veľmi dobrú počítačovú gramotnosť a schopnosť efektívne pracovať s odbornými informačnými systémami a elektronickými registrami. Požadujeme najmä: MS Word – veľmi pokročilá úroveň, vrátane samostatnej práce s rozsiahlejšími a štruktúrovanými dokumentmi, pokročilého formátovania, tabuliek a úpravy právnych dokumentov, MS Excel – vyššia úroveň, dobrú orientáciu pri práci s elektronickými dokumentmi a elektronickou komunikáciou. Výhody:Konečná výška základnej mzdy bude dohodnutá s prihliadnutím na odborné skúsenosti, jazykové a ďalšie schopnosti uchádzača.
