Rollen passar dig som har erfarenhet av försäljning, visar starka resultat och nu vill utvecklas inom ledarskap. Du leder genom att vara ett föredöme i försäljningen och visar teamet hur jobbet ska göras – i praktiken. Som försäljningschef ansvarar du för ett team som arbetar med uppsökande försäljning mot privatpersoner. Ditt fokus ligger på att coacha, stötta och utveckla säljare i deras vardag, samtidigt som du själv är aktiv i försäljningen och bidrar till teamets resultat. Arbetsuppgifter: Arbeta aktivt med försäljning och vara en förebild genom att leda med eget exempel Coacha, utveckla och stötta säljarna i deras dagliga arbete för att maximera prestation och resultat Följa upp mål, resultat och aktiviteter tillsammans med teamet Skapa struktur, engagemang och driv i det dagliga försäljningsarbetet Ansvara för att teamet når uppsatta mål och budgetar Vad vi erbjuder: En attraktiv lönemodell med goda förtjänstmöjligheter.
