INTITULÉ DU POSTE : Assistant(e) de directionMISSIONS- Gérer l'organisation quotidienne des activités professionnelles et privées : agendas, rendez- vous, communications et déplacements.- Participer à la préparation et au bon déroulement des réunions et événements professionnels, y compris dans un contexte international, notamment en lien avec des interlocuteurs basés en Asie.- Traiter le suivi administratif courant lié aux dossiers en cours (facturation, correspondance, démarches et documents divers).- Assurer l'interface avec les différents prestataires et partenaires extérieurs sollicités dans le cadre des missions (hébergement, transport, restauration, services techniques et logistiques)- Coordonner l'ensemble des prestataires et intervenants tiers nécessaires à la bonne exécution des missions (conciergeries, transporteurs, hôteliers, restaurateurs, prestataires techniques).- Veiller à la bonne organisation des déplacements, séjours et événements, en coordination avec les différents intervenants concernés.COMPÉTENCES REQUISES- Grande disponibilité et mobilité géographique, capacité à accompagner des déplacements internationaux fréquents hors UE, notamment en Asie.- Anglais courant impératif, indispensable aux échanges professionnels réguliers avec les clients/bénéficiaires, leurs représentants, dirigeants, partenaires et prestataires internationaux.- Philippin courant impératif, indispensable aux échanges professionnels réguliers avec les clients/bénéficiaires, leurs représentants, dirigeants, partenaires et prestataires internationaux.- Connaissance de la culture et du marché asiatique.
