VOTRE RÔLE Vous exercerez votre profession conformément à votre champ de pratique, aux normes professionnelles ainsi qu’aux politiques et pratiques du Réseau de santé Vitalité. Vos responsabilités comprendront notamment : • l’évaluation des patients; • la collaboration à la planification des soins; • la mise en œuvre des interventions infirmières; • la surveillance de l’état des patients; • l’évaluation des résultats des soins. Ici, vous serez reconnu(e), soutenu(e) et entouré(e). * La prime d’embauche et l’assistance à la relocalisation sont offertes aux candidats admissibles et sont assujetties aux modalités du Réseau de santé Vitalité. Requirements PROFIL RECHERCHÉ Vous devez notamment : • détenir un diplôme reconnu en soins infirmiers auxiliaires; • être membre en règle d’une association professionnelle canadienne; • être membre en règle, ou admissible à l’inscription, auprès de l’Association des infirmiers(ères) auxiliaires autorisés(es) du Nouveau-Brunswick; • détenir un certificat valide en soins immédiats en réanimation – SIR/BLS; • maîtriser le français et être capable de communiquer oralement en anglais; • être capable de travailler en équipe et de façon autonome; • avoir la capacité physique d’effectuer le travail; • posséder un bon dossier de rendement et d’assiduité; • être légalement autorisé(e) à travailler au Canada et au Nouveau-Brunswick. FORMATION PERTINENTE La personne sélectionnée devra réussir les programmes de certification en soins infirmiers propres à l’unité d’hémodialyse dans les délais prescrits. Une formation ou une expérience en hémodialyse, en néphrologie ou auprès de patients atteints d’une maladie rénale constitue un atout.
