- planowanie służb kierowców, przydzielanie zadań przewozowych i organizowanie zastępstw, - monitorowanie realizacji rozkładu jazdy autobusów oraz bieżącej pozycji pojazdów, - koordynowanie wyjazdów autobusów na linie i reagowanie na opóźnienia oraz zakłócenia w ruchu, - utrzymywanie bieżącej łączności z kierowcami oraz współpraca z warsztatem mechanicznym i innymi komórkami Spółki, - reagowanie na awarie, kolizje, absencje kierowców i inne sytuacje awaryjne zgodnie z obowiązującymi procedurami, - prowadzenie dziennika dyspozytorskiego, dokumentowanie zdarzeń i sporządzanie raportów, - wydawanie i prowadzenie dokumentacji przewozowej, - uwzględnianie obowiązujących norm czasu pracy i odpoczynku kierowców przy planowaniu służb, - weryfikowanie gotowości kierowców do pracy, w tym przeprowadzanie kontroli trzeźwości zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami i procedurami Spółki.
