Tražimo motiviranog i komunikativnog terenskog komercijalistu koji će se pridružiti Miagrinom prodajnom timu i preuzeti odgovornost za prodaju i razvoj odnosa s kupcima na području sjeverne Hrvatske (Međimurska, Varaždinska, Koprivničko-križevačka i Bjelovarsko-bilogorska županija). U ovoj ulozi bit ćete odgovorni za: • Aktivnu terensku prodaju Miagrinog asortimana, uključujući sjemensku robu, opremu za stočarstvo, ručne vrtne alate i proizvode iz pet programa • Obilaske terena službenim kombi vozilom, svakodnevni kontakt s postojećim kupcima i otvaranje novih prodajnih prilika • Savjetovanje kupaca o proizvodima, rješavanje upita i pružanje tehničke podrške gdje je potrebno • Izgradnju i održavanje dugoročnih odnosa s agricentima, trgovinama, OPG-ovima i ostalim poslovnim partnerima • Praćenje tržišta, analiza potreba kupaca i predlaganje aktivnosti za povećanje prometa • Administrativne zadatke koji prate prodajni proces (narudžbe, evidencije, izvještaji) Što nudimo: • Fleksibilno radno vrijeme i autonomiju u organizaciji vlastitog terena • Stimulativne provizije i bonuse ovisno o ostvarenim rezultatima • Službeno kombi vozilo, mobitel i ostala potrebna oprema • Mogućnost napredovanja unutar tvrtke • Rad u stabilnoj i rastućoj tvrtki koja već 30 godina uspješno posluje na hrvatskom tržištu.
