Missão do Cargo

Auxiliar nas atividades de acabamento de peças e componentes mecânicos, contribuindo para a qualidade final dos produtos, seguindo os padrões de segurança, qualidade e produtividade estabelecidos pela empresa.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Ler e interpretar desenhos técnicos e especificações de fabricação.
  • Esclarecer dúvidas com o superior imediato e comunicar a conclusão das atividades, acionando as inspeções de qualidade previstas no processo produtivo.
  • Utilizar instrumentos de medição, como paquímetro, micrômetro, súbito e outros dispositivos de controle dimensional.
  • Executar atividades de complexidade similar às de sua função, em sua área ou em outras áreas, quando solicitado pela liderança.
  • Realizar o acabamento de peças, removendo rebarbas, arestas cortantes e excessos de solda resultantes do processo de fabricação.
  • Executar manualmente operações de acabamento, como arredondamentos, raios, chanfros, roscas e alívios.
  • Identificar e corrigir defeitos visuais que possam comprometer a qualidade, funcionalidade ou imagem do produto.
  • Limpar e preparar as peças produzidas antes do envio ao cliente.
  • Abrir furos e executar rosqueamentos em peças quando necessário para recuperação ou complementação de processos.
  • Inspecionar peças produzidas, verificando precisão dimensional e acabamento superficial, incluindo a utilização de rugosímetro.
  • Executar acabamentos especiais e de maior complexidade conforme especificações de desenhos técnicos.
  • Operar ponte rolante e talhas, quando devidamente treinado e autorizado.
  • Realizar apontamentos de produção conforme procedimentos internos.
  • Executar ensaios por líquido penetrante quando necessário.
  • Efetuar a limpeza, conservação e organização de máquinas, equipamentos e ferramentas utilizadas.
  • Utilizar corretamente os Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPIs) exigidos para a atividade.
  • Informar à liderança sobre condições inseguras identificadas no ambiente de trabalho, contribuindo para a prevenção de acidentes.
  • Zelar pela organização, limpeza e boas condições do posto de trabalho.

Requisitos

Formação Mínima

  • Estar cursando curso técnico em Mecânica, Automação Industrial, Eletromecânica ou áreas correlatas.

Conhecimentos Desejáveis

  • Leitura e interpretação de desenho técnico.
  • Conhecimento básico de instrumentos de medição.
  • Noções de processos de fabricação mecânica.
  • Comprometimento com segurança, qualidade e organização.
