Buscamos una persona en prácticas para apoyar al equipo de Recursos Humanos y contribuir a que quienes forman parte de nuestras residencias tengan una experiencia positiva.

Tu misión: Colaborar en las tareas del área de Recursos Humanos, dando apoyo en procesos de selección, administración de personal y comunicación interna. Tendrás la oportunidad de conocer de cerca el día a día de un equipo dinámico y participar en iniciativas relacionadas con las personas y la cultura de MiCampus Living.

¿Qué harás?

  • Dar apoyo en la publicación de ofertas, revisión de candidaturas y coordinación de entrevistas.
  • Colaborar en los procesos de incorporación y acogida de nuevas personas al equipo.
  • Apoyar en tareas administrativas y en la actualización y organización de documentación de personal.
  • Ayudar a mantener actualizadas las bases de datos y herramientas de gestión de Recursos Humanos.
  • Colaborar en la comunicación de información y novedades internas.
  • Participar en iniciativas de formación, desarrollo, bienestar y cultura de equipo.
  • Atender consultas básicas del equipo y derivarlas al área correspondiente cuando sea necesario.

Lo que buscamos en ti:

  • Estar cursando o haber finalizado recientemente estudios de Recursos Humanos, Relaciones Laborales, Psicología, Administración o formación relacionada.
  • Interés por desarrollar una carrera profesional en el área de Recursos Humanos.
  • Buen manejo de herramientas ofimáticas y facilidad para aprender nuevos sistemas.
  • Capacidad de organización, atención al detalle y responsabilidad en el tratamiento de la información.
  • Habilidades de comunicación, actitud colaborativa y orientación al servicio.
  • Iniciativa, curiosidad y ganas de aprender en un entorno dinámico.
  • Se valorará un nivel de inglés adecuado para desenvolverse en un entorno diverso.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar prácticas según los requisitos de tu centro formativo.
