📍 Cargo: Diretor/a de Residência 🏨 Localização: Residências MiCampus Living - Porto Asprela e Porto Tower

✨ Qual será a sua missão?

  • Liderar e supervisionar a equipa interna e externa: receção, limpeza, manutenção e segurança.
  • Garantir o bom funcionamento de todas as operações da residência: desde a distribuição dos quartos até à gestão de emergências.
  • Alcançar os objetivos comerciais, gerindo pedidos de informação e realizando visitas comerciais.
  • Desenvolver programas e atividades que promovam a participação dos estudantes e o bem-estar da comunidade.
  • Prestar um serviço de atendimento ao cliente de excelência, respondendo de forma eficaz às dúvidas e necessidades dos residentes.
  • Assegurar o cumprimento de todas as normas locais e nacionais.
  • Gerir o orçamento da residência, otimizando despesas e acompanhando a faturação e os pagamentos.
  • Colaborar com outras áreas da instituição para proporcionar uma experiência estudantil integrada.
  • Resolver conflitos e problemas de forma eficaz, promovendo um ambiente harmonioso.

💡 Quem procuramos?

  • Formação superior (preferencialmente em Gestão, Turismo, Hotelaria ou similar).
  • Experiência prévia na gestão de residências, hotéis ou contextos educativos.
  • Competências de liderança e capacidade para motivar equipas.
  • Excelentes competências de comunicação e de relacionamento interpessoal.
  • Orientação para resultados e capacidade para trabalhar sob pressão.
  • Dinâmica e organização para gerir várias tarefas em simultâneo.
  • Conhecimento das normas e dos padrões de segurança.
  • Orientação para o atendimento ao cliente e sensibilidade para trabalhar com uma população estudantil diversificada.
  • Nível elevado de inglês (outros idiomas serão valorizados preferencialmente o Espanhol).
