En MiCampus Living estamos buscando un/a Técnico/a de Mantenimiento para asegurar que nuestras residencias universitarias sean espacios cómodos, seguros y en perfecto estado. Si eres una persona resolutiva, proactiva y te motiva el trabajo en equipo, ¡esta es tu oportunidad!

📍 Posición: Técnico/a de Mantenimiento 🏨 Ubicación: Residencias MiCampus Living - Madrid Norte (barrio Fuencarral)

✨ ¿Cuál será tu día a día?

  • Realizar tareas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de las instalaciones.
  • Detectar y solucionar averías en electricidad, fontanería, climatización y pequeñas reparaciones.
  • Coordinar y supervisar a proveedores externos cuando sea necesario.
  • Asegurar el buen estado de las zonas comunes y las habitaciones de la residencia.
  • Controlar el stock de materiales y gestionar pedidos de repuestos.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de recepción y dirección para resolver incidencias rápidamente.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas de seguridad y mantenimiento.
  • Proponer mejoras en eficiencia energética, sostenibilidad y ahorro energético para reducir el impacto ambiental y optimizar los recursos de la residencia.

💡 ¿A quién buscamos?

  • Experiencia previa en mantenimiento de edificios, preferiblemente en el sector hotelero o residencial.
  • Conocimientos técnicos en electricidad, fontanería, climatización y carpintería.
  • Persona organizada, proactiva y con capacidad para resolver problemas de forma eficaz.
  • Habilidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y en equipo.
  • Orientación al detalle y compromiso con la calidad del servicio.
  • Valorable formación técnica y conocimientos en PRL (Prevención de Riesgos Laborales).
  • Interés y conocimientos en sostenibilidad, eficiencia y ahorro energético.
