Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista Sênior de Dados e IA (Azure) para atuar na definição, evolução e sustentação de plataformas de dados e inteligência artificial, contribuindo para a construção de soluções escaláveis, seguras e orientadas a valor para o negócio. Essa pessoa será responsável por desenvolver arquiteturas modernas de dados, apoiar iniciativas de DataOps e MLOps, promover boas práticas de governança e impulsionar a evolução dos ambientes analíticos da organização, atuando em parceria com equipes multidisciplinares e áreas de negócio.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesProjetar, implementar e evoluir arquiteturas de dados em ambiente Azure, garantindo escalabilidade, segurança e alta disponibilidade.Desenvolver e manter pipelines de ingestão, transformação e processamento de dados utilizando Azure Data Factory, Databricks e tecnologias correlatas.Atuar na implementação e evolução de práticas de DataOps e MLOps, promovendo automação, governança e eficiência operacional.Desenvolver soluções analíticas e modelos de dados que suportem iniciativas de Business Intelligence e Inteligência Artificial.Garantir a qualidade, integridade e governança dos dados, apoiando a definição de padrões e políticas corporativas.Otimizar processos de processamento e armazenamento de dados utilizando PySpark, Spark SQL e demais tecnologias de Big Data.Apoiar a construção e evolução de dashboards, indicadores e soluções analíticas utilizando Power BI.Trabalhar em conjunto com equipes de Tecnologia, Dados, Analytics e Negócio para apoiar decisões estratégicas baseadas em dados.Atuar na identificação de oportunidades de melhoria contínua dos ambientes analíticos e plataformas de dados da organização.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência sólida com Azure Data Factory e Azure Databricks.Conhecimento em modelagem, integração e arquitetura de dados em ambientes Azure.Experiência com Azure SQL e soluções de armazenamento e processamento de dados.Conhecimento avançado em Python para desenvolvimento de soluções de dados e automação.Experiência com PySpark e Spark SQL para processamento de grandes volumes de dados.Vivência na implementação de práticas de MLOps e DataOps.Conhecimento em governança, qualidade e gestão de dados.Experiência com construção de relatórios, dashboards e análises utilizando Power BI.Forte pensamento analítico, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de resolução de problemas complexos.Perfil resiliente, proativo, com excelente comunicação técnica e foco na geração de valor por meio de dados e inteligência artificial.Informações adicionaisBenefícios: PLR (Participação nos Lucros e Resultados)Plano de saúde e odontológicoSeguro de vidaAuxílio Refeição e Alimentação13ª CestaAuxílio transportePrevidência PrivadaPrograma Viva Bem BradescoUniversidade Corporativa BradescoMães, Pais e Filhos: licença paternidade e licença maternidade estendidaAuxílio creche ou babá
