Estamos em busca de um(a) Gerente - Mainframe e Cloud para liderar a estratégia, evolução e sustentação de aplicações críticas da organização, promovendo a integração entre ambientes legados e plataformas em nuvem. Essa pessoa será responsável por conduzir iniciativas de modernização tecnológica, garantir a alta disponibilidade dos sistemas corporativos e apoiar a transformação digital por meio da adoção de soluções inovadoras. Além disso, atuará de forma próxima às áreas de negócio e tecnologia, assegurando entregas alinhadas aos objetivos estratégicos da organização.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar equipes responsáveis pelo desenvolvimento, manutenção e sustentação de aplicações legadas e ambientes críticos.Definir e conduzir estratégias de evolução tecnológica, modernização de sistemas e transformação digital.Promover a integração entre plataformas Mainframe e ambientes AWS, garantindo escalabilidade, segurança e eficiência operacional.Garantir a disponibilidade, estabilidade e desempenho dos sistemas críticos da organização.Atuar na definição de roadmap tecnológico, identificando oportunidades de inovação e melhoria contínua.Coordenar iniciativas de desenvolvimento e manutenção de aplicações utilizando tecnologias modernas e legadas.Gerenciar riscos operacionais e tecnológicos, assegurando conformidade com padrões corporativos e regulatórios.Atuar em parceria com áreas de negócio e tecnologia para garantir o alinhamento das soluções às necessidades estratégicas da companhia.Desenvolver e engajar equipes, promovendo colaboração, inovação e excelência na execução das entregas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSólida experiência em ambientes Mainframe com conhecimento em Cobol.Experiência em soluções Cloud, preferencialmente AWS.Conhecimento em desenvolvimento de aplicações utilizando Java.Conhecimento em Python será considerado um diferencial.Experiência na sustentação e evolução de sistemas de missão crítica.Vivência em iniciativas de modernização tecnológica e integração entre ambientes legados e Cloud.Capacidade de liderança, gestão de times e condução de projetos estratégicos.Forte orientação ao cliente e foco na geração de valor para o negócio.Perfil inovador, colaborativo e com elevada capacidade analítica para resolução de problemas complexos.Foco em resultados, comunicação executiva e habilidade para influenciar stakeholders em diferentes níveis da organização.Informações adicionaisBenefícios: PLR (Participação nos Lucros e Resultados)Plano de saúde e odontológicoSeguro de vidaAuxílio Refeição e Alimentação13ª CestaAuxílio transportePrevidência PrivadaPrograma Viva Bem BradescoUniversidade Corporativa BradescoMães, Pais e Filhos: licença paternidade e licença maternidade estendidaAuxílio creche ou babá
