Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista Multidisciplinar para integrar o Centro de Excelência (CoE) de Operações, com atuação focada em monitoramento, observabilidade, troubleshooting e análise de causa raiz em ambientes corporativos críticos. Essa pessoa terá um papel importante na evolução da maturidade operacional, contribuindo para a confiabilidade, disponibilidade e performance dos serviços. Atuará de forma transversal e em parceria com as equipes de Infraestrutura, Desenvolvimento, Arquitetura e Operações, apoiando iniciativas de automação, resiliência, redução de incidentes e melhoria contínua.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar na sustentação, estabilização e evolução da infraestrutura corporativa e de ambientes críticos.Implementar, administrar e evoluir soluções de monitoramento e observabilidade.Criar e manter dashboards, métricas, alertas e indicadores de disponibilidade e performance.Identificar, diagnosticar e apoiar a resolução de incidentes em aplicações e infraestrutura.Conduzir análises de causa raiz (RCA), propondo ações corretivas e preventivas.Apoiar iniciativas de confiabilidade, automação e redução dos tempos de identificação e resolução de incidentes, considerando indicadores como MTTD e MTTR.Participar de salas de crise, contribuindo para a análise e resolução de incidentes críticos.Apoiar processos pós-incidente e a elaboração de post-mortems, promovendo o aprendizado organizacional.Disseminar práticas de SRE, cultura DevOps, observabilidade e melhoria contínua.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência com administração ou sustentação de ambientes Linux e/ou Windows Server.Vivência prática com ferramentas de monitoramento e observabilidade, como Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, Datadog, Elastic, Splunk ou similares.Conhecimento em práticas modernas de observabilidade, envolvendo logs, métricas e traces.Conhecimento dos conceitos de SRE, incluindo SLI, SLO, SLA e error budget.Experiência com troubleshooting de aplicações, infraestrutura e ambientes distribuídos.Conhecimento em automação e scripting utilizando Shell Script, PowerShell ou Python.Vivência com ambientes de nuvem, como AWS, Azure ou GCP.Conhecimento em redes, protocolos e análise de performance.Informações adicionaisBenefícios:PLR (Participação nos Lucros e Resultados)Plano de saúde e odontológicoSeguro de vidaAuxílio Refeição e Alimentação13ª CestaAuxílio transportePrevidência PrivadaPrograma Viva Bem BradescoUniversidade Corporativa BradescoMães, Pais e Filhos: licença paternidade e licença maternidade estendidaAuxílio creche ou babá
