Onze klant is een Belgische groeionderneming die de traditionele voedings- en drankenmarkt uitdaagt met innovatieve producten gericht op een actieve en bewuste levensstijl. Dankzij een sterke merkidentiteit, een trouw klantenbestand en een uitgebreid netwerk van verkooppunten heeft het bedrijf de afgelopen jaren een indrukwekkend groeitraject afgelegd.Met ambitieuze plannen voor nieuwe productlanceringen en verdere marktuitbreiding zoeken zij vandaag een ondernemende Account Manager die mee wil bouwen aan het volgende hoofdstuk van hun succesverhaal.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je beheert en ontwikkelt een bestaande klantenportefeuille in Oost-Vlaanderen en Brussel.
  • Je identificeert commerciële opportuniteiten en opent actief nieuwe verkooppunten binnen retail, horeca, sport- en leisurelocaties.
  • Je reactiveert bestaande klanten en bouwt duurzame relaties uit.
  • Je introduceert nieuwe productcategorieën en zorgt voor een succesvolle marktintroductie.
  • Je onderhandelt over listings, zichtbaarheid, promoties en commerciële afspraken.
  • Je optimaliseert rotatie, schapruimte en merchandising bij bestaande klanten.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met drankengroothandels en andere distributiepartners om de marktdekking te maximaliseren.
  • Je vertegenwoordigt het merk op lokale evenementen, beurzen en commerciële activaties.
  • Je registreert bezoeken, afspraken en opportuniteiten nauwkeurig in het CRM-systeem.
  • Je analyseert resultaten en stuurt jouw commerciële acties bij op basis van concrete KPI's.
  • Heeft een sterke affiniteit met sport, gezondheid en een actieve levensstijl.
  • Krijgt energie van klantencontacten en is graag onderweg.
  • Heeft een commerciële mindset en weet opportuniteiten om te zetten in resultaten.
  • Beschikt idealiter over een eerste ervaring in sales, accountmanagement of FMCG.
  • Communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kan zich professioneel uitdrukken in het Frans.
  • Werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor zijn of haar regio.
  • Heeft feeling met cijfers, marges, prijsopbouw en commerciële analyses.
  • Is georganiseerd en hecht belang aan een correcte opvolging van klanten en CRM.
  • Beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
