Jobomschrijving

  • Je stuurt, coacht en ontwikkelt een team van District Managers en volgt hun dagelijkse werking actief op.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt en de sparringpartner voor je team bij operationele, administratieve en personeelsgerelateerde vraagstukken.
  • Je bewaakt de rendabiliteit van jouw regio en analyseert kosten, productiviteit, afwezigheden en andere operationele KPI's.
  • Je beheert en optimaliseert een portefeuille van grote en complexe klantencontracten.
  • Je bouwt duurzame relaties uit met klanten en treedt op als strategische gesprekspartner bij evaluaties en contractbesprekingen.
  • Je volgt contractuele afspraken, SLA's, kwaliteitsnormen en budgetten nauwgezet op en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je ondersteunt District Managers bij uitdagende operationele situaties en helpt hen duurzame oplossingen uit te werken.
  • Je rapporteert operationele en financiële resultaten aan de Divisiemanager en vertaalt cijfers naar concrete acties.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan de verdere groei en professionalisering van de organisatie.
  • Je bent een ervaren people manager die teams weet te coachen, motiveren en naar resultaten te leiden.
  • Je combineert operationeel inzicht met een sterk financieel en analytisch denkvermogen.
  • Je neemt ownership, werkt zelfstandig en durft beslissingen te nemen in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met klanten en stakeholders en communiceert vlot op verschillende niveaus.
  • Je behoudt het overzicht, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en blijft efficiënt onder druk.
  • Je combineert een hands-on aanpak met een strategische blik en denkt steeds in oplossingen en verbeteringen.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, hebt een goede kennis van het Frans
