Jobomschrijving

  • Opvolgen en bijsturen van de dagelijkse ritplanning op basis van operationele noden.
  • Coördineren van chauffeurs, voertuigen en transportopdrachten in real-time.
  • Efficiënt verwerken van dringende of last-minute transportaanvragen.
  • Anticiperen op vertragingen, capaciteitsproblemen en operationele risico's.
  • Snel en doeltreffend oplossingen uitwerken bij onverwachte wijzigingen.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten, zorginstellingen, chauffeurs en interne stakeholders.
  • Correct registreren en controleren van ritgegevens en operationele administratie.
  • Signaleren van terugkerende problemen en bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen.
  • Waken over een optimale balans tussen klanttevredenheid, operationele haalbaarheid en rendabiliteit.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen dispatching, transportplanning of een gelijkaardige operationele omgeving.
  • Ervaring binnen tijdskritische logistiek, zorgvervoer, medisch transport, FMCG of distributie vormt een belangrijke troef.
  • Je beschikt over sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en behoudt overzicht onder druk.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel met uiteenlopende gesprekspartners.
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht, proactief en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een goede kennis van digitale planningssystemen.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend en kan professioneel communiceren in het Frans. Kennis van Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid deel te nemen aan een beurtrolsysteem indien nodig.
