Als Expediteur Import & Export:

  • Je organiseert import- en exportzendingen van start tot afronding.
  • Je zorgt voor interessante prijzen & tarieven.
  • Je volgt transportdossiers nauwkeurig op en houdt de gegevens actueel.
  • Je stemt zendingen af met klanten, vervoerders en interne contactpersonen.
  • Je verwerkt transportdocumenten zorgvuldig en volgens de afgesproken procedures.
  • Je bewaakt de voortgang van zendingen en communiceert tijdig over wijzigingen.
  • Je signaleert praktische knelpunten en zoekt mee naar een passende oplossing.

Als Expediteur Import & Export heb je het volgende profiel:

  • Je hebt ervaring als expediteur binnen import- en exportzendingen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig bij het verwerken van transportdossiers en documenten.
  • Je communiceert helder met verschillende contactpersonen.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis Nederlands & Engels, Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je behoudt overzicht wanneer meerdere zendingen tegelijk lopen.
  • Je werkt vlot met administratieve gegevens en dossierinformatie.
  • Je zoekt praktisch mee naar oplossingen bij wijzigingen in transportdossiers.
