Our client is a service-oriented industrial organization operating a high-volume production environment and currently undergoing a period of operational instability.

Jobomschrijving

  • Stabilize day-to-day operations and re-establish operational control across the site.
  • Identify root causes of process failures, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions.
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance.
  • Lead an operational turnaround focused on improving productivity, quality, and service levels.
  • Rebuild trust, collaboration, and stability within operational teams through a visible, hands-on presence on the shop floor.
  • Proven experience as an Interim Operations Manager, Plant Manager, or Crisis Manager in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong track record in operational turnarounds, crisis management, and performance recovery programs.
  • Hands-on, pragmatic, and action-oriented professional who is comfortable working directly on the shop floor.
  • Strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and mobilize teams in challenging environments.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to fast-paced operational settings with limited resources and deliver tangible results.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
