Jobomschrijving

  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor een eigen B2B-klantenportefeuille.
  • Onderhouden en verder uitbouwen van duurzame klantenrelaties.
  • Telefonisch en via videocalls adviseren van klanten over geschikte oplossingen.
  • Identificeren van commerciële opportuniteiten en deze actief omzetten in concrete resultaten.
  • Nauw samenwerken met interne afdelingen zoals Customer Service en de buitendienst.
  • Proactief opvolgen van klantenvragen en zorgen voor een optimale klantbeleving.
  • Realiseren van commerciële doelstellingen en bijdragen aan de groei van de organisatie.
  • Administratief correct verwerken en opvolgen van commerciële dossiers.
  • Beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Heeft idealiter een eerste commerciële ervaring binnen een B2B-omgeving.
  • Communiceert vlot in zowel Nederlands als Frans.
  • Is commercieel ingesteld en krijgt energie van het behalen van resultaten.
  • Beschikt over sterke communicatieve en relationele vaardigheden.
  • Is klantgericht, overtuigend en weet vertrouwen op te bouwen.
  • Werkt graag samen in teamverband maar kan ook zelfstandig functioneren.
  • Heeft een proactieve en hands-on mentaliteit.
