Jobomschrijving

Als New Business Developer:

  • Actief identificeren, benaderen en overtuigen van nieuwe klanten
  • Uitbouwen van nieuwe business binnen de retailsector en andere relevante markten
  • Bezoeken van prospecten en detecteren van commerciële opportuniteiten
  • Onderhandelen, opstellen van offertes en afsluiten van commerciële overeenkomsten
  • Beheren en verder ontwikkelen van een eigen klantenportefeuille
  • Nauw samenwerken met technische experten om de juiste oplossingen uit te werken
  • Signaleren van markttrends en concurrentieontwikkelingen
  • Detecteren van upselling- en cross-selling opportuniteiten bij bestaande klanten
  • Opbouwen van duurzame relaties gebaseerd op vertrouwen en service

Als New Business Developer heb je:

  • Bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring in sales is mooi meegenomen, maar persoonlijkheid en commerciële drive wegen zwaarder door dan je cv
  • Een echte go-getter die energie haalt uit het openen van deuren, het creëren van opportuniteiten en het binnenhalen van nieuwe klanten
  • Sterke huntermentaliteit met de ambitie om resultaten neer te zetten en jezelf continu te verbeteren
  • Gedreven door succes en gemotiveerd om een aantrekkelijk variabel loon uit te bouwen
  • Je krijgt voldoening van het closen van deals, maar doet dit steeds op een kwalitatieve en duurzame manier
  • Je bouwt graag lange termijnrelaties op en begrijpt dat vertrouwen de basis vormt van succesvolle samenwerkingen
  • Je beschikt over een natuurlijke gunfactor en weet klanten voor je te winnen dankzij jouw enthousiasme, authenticiteit en professionaliteit
  • Je durft initiatief nemen, stapt vlot op mensen af en voelt je comfortabel in prospectie en netwerking
  • Interesse in technische oplossingen en bereidheid om hierin verder te groeien
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Frans
