Jobomschrijving

Als Key Account Manager Retail ben jij verantwoordelijk voor enkele van de belangrijkste Belgische retailaccounts; zoals Colruyt & Carrefour.

  • Je ontwikkelt duurzame partnerships met nationale en internationale retailklanten.
  • Je realiseert omzet-, volume-, distributie- en winstdoelstellingen.
  • Je stelt accountplannen op en vertaalt deze naar concrete commerciële acties.
  • Je onderhandelt jaarafspraken, promotieplannen en groeitrajecten.
  • Je analyseert marktdata, shoppergedrag en categorieontwikkelingen om opportuniteiten te identificeren.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain en Finance.
  • Je bewaakt forecast accuracy en zorgt voor een optimale commerciële planning.
  • Je vertaalt commerciële afspraken naar een sterke uitvoering op de winkelvloer.
  • Je detecteert nieuwe businessopportuniteiten en bouwt mee aan de verdere groei van het retailkanaal.
  • Je positioneert je organisatie als een professionele en strategische partner voor jouw klanten.

Je bent een commerciële relatiebouwer die cijfers begrijpt, kansen ziet en resultaten realiseert.

  • Masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minimum 3 jaar ervaring binnen FMCG Sales, Account Management of Trade Marketing.
  • Ervaring met Belgische retailklanten is een sterke meerwaarde.
  • Je combineert analytisch inzicht met commerciële flair.
  • Je bent sterk in onderhandelen en weet relaties op lange termijn uit te bouwen.
  • Je denkt ondernemend en neemt ownership over jouw accounts.
  • Je werkt graag samen met verschillende interne stakeholders.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht zonder de relatie uit het oog te verliezen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een dynamische omgeving waar snelheid, initiatief en impact centraal staan.
