Jobomschrijving

Maintenance & Asset Manager - regio Gent - Industrial

  • Leiding geven aan het maintenance- en assetmanagementteam en de verdere ontwikkeling van de afdeling aansturen.
  • Uitwerken en implementeren van onderhoudsstrategieën die de betrouwbaarheid, veiligheid en beschikbaarheid van installaties maximaliseren.
  • Sturen van CAPEX-projecten en technische investeringen in nauwe samenwerking met operations en engineering.
  • Verhogen van de efficiëntie binnen de organisatie door processen, systemen en werkwijzen verder te professionaliseren.
  • Coachen, ontwikkelen en meenemen van medewerkers in een veranderende omgeving met aandacht voor stakeholdermanagement en sociaal overleg.
  • Uitbouwen van een langetermijnvisie rond assets en technische strategie.

Maintenance & Asset Manager - regio Gent - Industrial

  • Technische masteropleiding of gelijk door ervaring, aangevuld met relevante ervaring binnen maintenance en asset management.
  • Minstens 7 tot 10 jaar ervaring in een industriële omgeving met verantwoordelijkheid over onderhoudsactiviteiten.
  • Aantoonbare expertise in asset management, maintenance management en technische investeringsprojecten.
  • Ervaring binnen een sterk gereguleerde of procesmatige omgeving waar veiligheid centraal staat.
  • Sterke peoplemanager die verandering kan realiseren en teams kan ontwikkelen naar een hoger maturiteitsniveau.
  • Strategisch inzicht gecombineerd met een pragmatische, hands-on aanpak en sterke stakeholdermanagementvaardigheden.
