Jobomschrijving

Als Maintenance Engineer speel je een sleutelrol in het waarborgen van de betrouwbaarheid en beschikbaarheid van technische installaties. Je bent betrokken bij nieuwe investeringsprojecten vanaf de conceptfase en zorgt ervoor dat onderhoudsstrategieën correct worden opgebouwd en uitgerold.Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Opzetten en beheren van onderhoudsplannen voor nieuwe installaties en technische systemen.
  • Definiëren en implementeren van een duurzame maintenance- en reliabilitystrategie.
  • Begeleiden van technische projecten vanaf ontwerp tot indienstname.
  • Samenwerken met Project Engineering om nieuwe installaties onderhoudsvriendelijk te ontwerpen.
  • Uitwerken van preventieve onderhoudsprogramma's en instructies.
  • Opleiden en ondersteunen van onderhoudstechniekers rond nieuwe installaties.
  • Analyseren van technische storingen en formuleren van structurele verbeteringen.
  • Opvolgen van technische prestaties en betrouwbaarheid van installaties.
  • Rekening houden met veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieueisen binnen alle projecten.
  • Leiden van eigen maintenance-projecten en ondersteunen van investeringsprojecten.

Je bent een analytische ingenieur die zowel technisch sterk is als voldoende pragmatisch om projecten succesvol te implementeren op de werkvloer.Jouw achtergrond

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting.
  • Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen maintenance, reliability of engineering.
  • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving is essentieel.
  • Kennis van technische installaties en utilities.
  • Sterke communicatievaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels.
